Introduction
The Professionals Networking for Caregivers (PNC) respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at the PNC’s web site.
Part I. Information Collection
The PNC collects information through its web site when users complete request forms. We collect the following information about visitors: Name, Address, Province, Postal Code, Telephone Number, Fax Number and Email. We collect this information through registration forms. The information is collected voluntarily.
Part II. Information Usage
The information collected by the PNC will be used for contacting interested parties, potential clients or volunteers. Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about news and developments at the PNC. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Information gathered will not be provided to third parties. We offer links to other web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours. If our policy on information collection or usage changes, we will advise you by email within seven business days.
Part III. Access to Information
