Caregivers' Week: A Time to Honour and Celebrate

Caregivers' Week, initiated by the Professionals Networking for Caregivers, is officially recognized by the government of Quebec as the first week of November.

Caregivers' Week is intended to:

  • Celebrate and honour caregivers
  • Further public awareness about caregiving issues
  • Promote social, individual and government action
  • Encourage public policy reform
  • Offer a diversity of special activities for caregivers throughout the week
